Available by special order, these unique "Map Turtles" depict one of the many North Carolina counties.** Unlike the live map turtles, these have the county's name and it's date of establishment inscribed on the bottom. Each one is numbered chronologically for that particular county. These pieces sell for $235.00 each.
*Mecklenburg Co., No.Car. #1 was exhibited in the "Ceramic Art of North Carolina" exhibition, Mint Museum of Art, Charlotte, NC in 1997. It is now part of their permanent collection.
